Hi Everyone, I am REALLY bad at this blogging thing. I get distracted and forget to share things with you! This morning I woke up feeling like a zombie because I couldn't fall asleep until 3 a.m!!! However, I had a creative mindset. I am tired of rice cereal and fruit smoothies for breakfast EVERYDAY so I wanted to try something new. I LOVE sugar and I probably should cut down on it because it can be bad for your health; plus when you have to live gluten free, most, if not all, processed foods have excess sugar to compensate for the taste. It's best to get sugar naturally and I am going to try to slowly ween out those processed foods that destroy our insides. Let's see how long this will last... Anyways, I decided to make an easy almond flour muffin and it tasted really good. Next time I will add blueberries in the mixture for some sweetness!
