Hey Readers! I am FINALLY back to blogging. As I mentioned a while back, I was following a Low FODMAP diet, and for the most part I still am and I break the rules every once in a while. I have been craving Chinese food, basically anything that has tons of flavor, because my flavor profiles have been so mild. I decided to make an Asian Noodle Bowl that's healthy, yet tasty. This bowl is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, corn-free, and egg-free. FYI: There is soy and sesame in this recipe so beware of allergens!
